Ina was rather surprised to see that Pawprints, the book of offbeat, upbeat tales of the furry, feathered and sometimes creepy, appealed to kids as well as grownups. 

Parents and grandparents were buying Pawprints for kids...

And so, with her devotion to protecting the environmental and animals, Ina was invited to prepare a lesson plan for the Jane Goodall Institute's Roots & Shoots program, aimed at showing young people every person can make a difference for animals and the planet.
